In 2026, some health plans will no longer be available. This resource aims to provide brokers and assisters (navigators, Certified Application Counselors [CACs]) with a quick guide on how to use the Plan Year 2026 insurer crosswalk.
IMPORTANT: This crosswalk is intended to be for reference only. Please check your account (i.e., Broker Portal, navigator or CAC account) for details on the plans in which your customers are automatically enrolled for Plan Year 2026.
Using the Crosswalk
Step 1: Go to the Get Covered Illinois website, then click on the “2026 Marketplace Changes” option under the “Plans and Costs” dropdown menu (see the screen capture below).
Step 2: Select the link for the “2026 plan changes” web page (see the screen capture below).
Step 3: Use the filters on the page to assess plan changes for specific counties, 2025 insurers, or 2025 plans. After selecting your filters, select the “Filter Table” button to see your results below on the web page.
- IMPORTANT: Be aware that mismatched filter settings will cause you to see zero results. For example, you will see zero results if you select an Insurer who does not operate in a certain county. If this happens, click the “Clear Filters” button to start a new search.
Example: The screen capture below demonstrates the changes of Cigna plans previously offered in Cook County and the corresponding Plan Year 2026 changes.
Step 4: To start a new search, click the “Clear Filters” button before selecting new filters.
