On June 27, 2023, Governor JB Pritzker signed Public Act 103-0103 into law, with the goal of transitioning Illinois to a State-based Marketplace. Get Covered Illinois aims to increase access, streamline enrollment, prioritize affordability, and present more health coverage options for Illinois families and individuals.
Get Covered Illinois is the state’s official health insurance marketplace.
