If your data was migrated from Healthcare.gov or from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (Illinois Medicaid/All Kids), you would have received an access code for your Get Covered Illinois account via email or by mail. If you do not have your access code, you can enter your SSN to access your account.
Go to the Get Covered Illinois website, and click 'Got a letter? Claim your account'. Then click, 'Register with access code.'
Enter your access code provided in the notice you received from Get Covered Illinois.
If you do not have your access code, you can enter your SSN by clicking the SSN tab, as shown below.
Be sure to check the 'I'm not a robot' function, then click 'Submit'.
If you unable to find your access code or cannot enter your SSN, please contact the Get Covered Illinois Customer Assistance Center at 1-866-311-1119 or visit GetCoveredIllinois.gov and click on 'Get Help' to chat with a live agent.
If you are new to the marketplace and need to create an account, go to GetCoveredIllinois.gov and click on 'Enroll Now'. Then click 'Log in or create an account'.
